Sometimes it happens that we do not like a product or find some fault in it and we think of returning the product. If you applied for a refund and Amazon rejected the refund, what should you do:
1.First you have to check whether you have returned any perishable product because perishable products are not refundable.
2.If you requested for a refund as per all your refundable policies but still the refund got rejected then you have to do this process:
- Open amazon and login to your account.
- Go to your orders and check or click on view order details.
- check your order completely.
- Select the option problem with order to clarify your problems.
- appeal them to click on appeal decision.
- Leave a comment on your refundable problem.
- submmit your request/appeal.
Why amazon rejects some refunds?
There are some conditions for which amazon rejects refund:
1.Due to lots of time gap in order and refund
2.Sometimes the condition of ordered product is so much bad .
3.Due to its nature , some products are non-refundable due to its perishable nature.
